Welcome to La Novieta Boutique Hotel — we're delighted to have you with us. Our address is Calle Vicente Lleó 25, 46006 Valencia.
Upon check-in, you'll receive a fob key that grants access to the main entrance. No code needed — just tap the fob on the designated reader.

Entrance & Exit
If you don't have your key yet
No worries — if a code has been communicated to you, use the numeric keypad to enter the 6-digit code, and don't forget to press # at the end.
Once inside, your room key will be waiting for you on the reception desk, to the left of the entrance, inside the ceramic box.
If you already have your key
Use the fob attached to your key. Hold it up to the reader located just below the intercom — the door will unlock automatically.
To exit the house
Inside, find a small button labeled "Salida" to the right of the main door. Press the button once and simply pull the door open using the handle.

La Novieta is an intimate boutique hotel with just one floor and four uniquely designed bedrooms, offering a calm and personalized experience.
You can access the rooms via the staircase or the elevator, both located just past the main living area.
Each room is clearly marked with a number — your key will indicate which room is yours.

Each room at La Novieta is equipped to keep you comfortable all year round:

Enjoy underfloor heating for a cozy atmosphere.
Warmer Months
Use the ceiling or standing fan (white remote control)
Or the reversible A/C, which cools or heats.
Feel free to adjust everything to your liking and don't forget to switch off the A/C when leaving the room, to help us save energy.

Just behind the countertop on your left as you enter, you'll find our Honesty Bar — help yourself, just like at home.
Free Filtered Water
Complimentary and available from the small tap next to the coffee machine. Feel free to refill your bottle or glass anytime.
Log Your Drinks
For anything you take from the fridge, or if you make yourself a coffee or tea, we simply ask that you note it down on the log sheet you'll find nearby.
